Kimogains Fitness respects your privacy. When using our 4-Step Transformation Blueprint wizard or communicating via WhatsApp, we collect:

• Fitness Diagnostic Metrics: Age, weight, height, gender, activity level, and body transformation goals.
• Contact Information: Phone number (via WhatsApp) and email address provided when requesting blueprints or scheduling sessions.
• Progress Photos: Before/after photos are taken exclusively with explicit written client authorization.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

Your diagnostic metrics are used solely to compute your Mifflin-St Jeor caloric and macronutrient requirements, customize your training roadmap, and coordinate coaching sessions. We never sell, rent, or trade client data to third-party advertisers.

3. COMPLIANCE & CLIENT RIGHTS (KDPA & GDPR)

In accordance with the Kenya Data Protection Act 2019 (KDPA) and international GDPR standards, clients have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information at any time by contacting Coach Frank.
